Workout Motivation Secret: Reach Your Fitness Goals

In this video I decided to talk about a method I used that finally made me consistent in the gym.  I've used it with great success and it is the only way we can find the motivation to train.

The technique will sound counterproductive but I can guarantee it will work.

I also use a simple 3 day a week workout plan as an example.
